Well, this was supposed to start out as a speed painting practice... but it ended up going towards the 'polished painting' side.... I'll Move this over to scraps as soon as I pump out the final.... this is a W.i.P comp that I had a little fun with...
I KNOW that it's pretty much only mid-ranges, and that the highs need to be punched up... and I also know that it doesnt blend very well with the real water that I used as the bg... but like I said... this is a rough cut.... anyways... for those who know.. know that this is the Fourth Hokage from Naruto.
